第一次尝试他们的马卡龙说真的没有太大的惊喜,水准不过不失而已,外壳有些“空心”（不实密）,没有酥脆的口感,内层也毫无软绵粘牙的感觉,原以为食物素质一向不错的Levain会有很好的表现,当下有些失望。

第二次再到回去的时候是为了他们新推出的产品 -- 榴槤马卡龙,那天我们也尝试了巧克力味的。我庆幸自己有机会尝试到,因为实在是太好吃了!!!由我吃下第一口开始,口齿还遗留着淡淡的榴槤香味,我就深深的爱上它! 甜度适中,口感一流,濕潤、柔軟而略帶黏性,层次分明的榴槤马卡龙,实属Levain甜点师傅漂亮的作品!!

在热闹的市中心Bukit Bintang一带耸立着的Pavillion,于六楼左翼的The Times书局后方,隐藏着一间微型且布置充满趣味的咖啡馆,有个美丽的名字叫The Hucklebery Cafe。以著名Peter Rabbit图画布置的空间,木制的桌椅,每个桌上还有个玻璃罐装着松果等的东西摆放着,舒适的在这儿喝杯茶,听着书局播放的悠扬乐曲,静静的坐在那儿看书也是件挺享受的事。在这小小的空间里,竟也可以看到马卡龙的踪影,是个愉快的发现^^

只有两种口味黄梨和绿茶可选择。 其实吃起来外壳还挺酥脆实心的感觉, 只是内馅没有所谓黄梨或绿茶的味道,逊色了些。 |

位于Kota Damansara 的Dreamz Bakery的马卡龙也略为逊色,原因和在The Hucklebery Cafe的马卡龙一样,四种不同口味的吃起来都是同个味道。不过其他甜品倒是挺值得一试,尤其是情侣上阵的店主所布置的温暖空间,可以让你在那呆上一整个下午^^

在Empire Shopping Gallery的Whisk Espresso Bar & Bake Shop也是个迷你型的咖啡馆。除了卖一些蛋糕曲奇饼之外,也有自家自制的马卡龙哦!不过说实话的,那里的马卡龙一点也不好吃,从味道，口感，质感来说一点也不像在吃着马卡龙。比较起Dreamz Bakery和The Hucklebery Cafe的马卡龙还要差,有待进步!

i tried the macaroons at Babycakes Sweet Shoppe 1 week b4 my birthday,hehe~
Wow! Looking forward for ur sharing about the Nathalie's macaroon since u said it's the best(I heard about this from a forum too).
However, i find that the Macarons at Levain aren't very consistent. I had a bad impression when I first tried their macarons. Yet during a second visit later on, the Macarons were fine. Please note that I had tried different flavours during each visit. I am commenting on the texture.

you should try for Nathalie's macaron,it's the best in town!!

The price of macaroon at Levain is quite high and not really worth for it. I tried the durian flavor last time and couldn't taste the crispy of it when i bit it. The macaroons from Babycakes Sweet Shoppe are the best i tried b4 so far and the price is reasonable too,^^
Will take a chance to try the macaroons of Nathalie's Gourmet Studio 1 day since quite a lot of ppl strongly support it.
