sorry, it was a typo, i was trying to type *=P..lol
anyways i just finish my last paper today, fingers crossed that i;ll graduate with honours this year
i think you have a firm stand on your personal style, strictly speaking i got no style, i am usually just casual, thus i really enjoy your pictures, it showcases your unique way of dressing, maybe you can slowly incorporate other elements, because i myself find it hard to dress up as a girly girl, which i'm not of course
sincerely, yinyin
Good to hear your last paper is over. I know you as a very spirited person, I'm sure with your efforts put in, you'll definitely get through with flying colours. All the very best to you and your studies
By the way, thank you for the compliment. I believe that fashion is an avenue for our personal expression and enjoyment. I love to dress up in ways that I feel happy about. I am sure you do as well, even when you are dressing casual, I am guessing it must be very spirited.
I think your suggestion is a good idea, in fact, lately, I have been trying to incorporate other elements into my usual preference feminine/classy styles. Let's see where and how my new *experiments will take me. Take care and have fun dressing up!
ur style changed a lot lately : )
Is good to try something new^^
vry nice shirt n pants....1 word...pretty..!! ^___^
Thank you for your sweet compliment Emelyn, happy happy ^0^
Thank you for your wishes :)
i certainly can see you take pride in dressing up, keen eye for details, i believe you always had a picture in mind to put together a look from head to toe..
a suggestion, i never see you in jeans before, if you want to experiment with another style that is different from your usual feminine self, jeans and cropped pants is a good start, boyfriend blazer and a button down white shirt is a staple, and go for garments with a clean cut (干净利落的剪裁),anyways the trend this season is to "borrow your clothes from your boyfriend's wardrobe"
happy dressing up!
Thank you for the suggestions, and sorry for the late response. I've heard about about the latest trend on "new minimalism" or actually a return to the 1990s minimalist. Basically that would mean no more frills, laces and frou-frou. That would possible be quite "adventurous" for me. Hahaha.
They say the new minimalism is all about being pragmatic, muted and the "cost-conscious", because the fashion houses want to reflect the "gloom and doom" and cost-cutting in the world economy lately, except the prosperity in Asia of course, wink*. I like clean and simple touches, but I think the Western grey and dark minimalism is a little too drab for my taste. Even so, whites and pastels might just work very well, e.g. the Japanese minimalist, especially if there is the professional look with a touch of female warmth and bright confidence.
Hahaha, my boyfriend seems to only wear different coloured polos and golf shorts now that he is back in Malaysia, so it will be very limited, and they're usually too supersized for me. But the female polos might be nice. I've tried a few jeans as well, but jeans doesn't match very well with my body shape type.
Recently, I've tried mixing in some pants too http://when2meets2.blogspot.com/2011/05/blog-post_08.html . Will keep experimenting. Thank you for the encouragement.
